No. Mingle Meetup IRL is completely free to download and use, and creating a running meetup is free too. Some meetups have shared costs. You can discuss them in the event's group chat before the meetup.

In the app, open the Clubs screen and create a new running club. Enter the details, such as your club's name, location and description, and then invite people. Anyone nearby can find your club and request to join.
